Aptly named the Cannon, the IRC2 IR illuminator is one of, if not the most powerful IR Illuminator in the <£100 bracket. Whereas most IR Illuminators comprise of anywhere between 30 and 50 small 3mm IR LEDs, the IRC2 boasts 6 x 22mm diameter and 30 x 5mm diameter LEDs giving a constant high powered long Infrared Range. The IRC2 is fully automatic with the integrated CDMS sensor automatically triggering the unit in low light and deactivating in normal lighting conditions.
